ABOUT SEE CHANGE
See Change is a programme of Shine that is dedicated to ending mental
health stigma. Our work is informed by people with lived experiences
of mental health challenges, who are best placed to give insight into
mental health stigma.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
The post holder will provide support to the See Change team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond to email and telephone queries.
* Keep well organised files and records on See Change activities
* Conduct research on See Change activities, collecting and
inputting data
* Preparation of documents, reports, printing, copywriting
* Create social media content and update social media platforms
* Communicate with materials suppliers
* Liaising with See Change ambassadors, clients, partners and other
stakeholders
* Develop and support partner relationships
* Participate in team meetings
* Coordination of Green Ribbon orders
* Provide support with event organisation
* Other duties appropriate to the role may be assigned from time to
time.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Excellent IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office**Apply on the

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail essential
* Knowledge of software packages such as Salesforce, Photoshop,
Mailchimp and Survey Monkey essential
* Social media skills
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Awareness of confidentiality and the ability to deal with
sensitive queries.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* Leaving certificate or equivalent minimum level of education.
* At least 1 year administration experience
